
Participants in this course will learn the essentials of Compensation while they engage in activities designed to build their competencies and skills in all areas of Strategic Compensation.
They will learn how to analyze and evaluate jobs, establish job values using internal and external methods and develop pay structures and pay for performance systems all relevant to their organisation.
At the end of this program participants will understand the factors that influence the design of an appropriate Compensation Program for the company, be able to evaluate their organisation and design an appropriate Total Rewards System suitable to its needs and strategy and link the system with the organisation strategy and people performance.
